We believe that just as your organization has been called to display the Glory of God, we have been called to equip it. We find our purpose in the words of Jesus when He said, “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few." It's hard to find the workers alone, finding the right one is our speciality.
Colton orr: co-founder
Colton has a unique background in both human resources and ministry. He attended Summit University in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania and studied theology. God called him into secular work and has deep roots in recruiting. His deepest passion however, is serving the Church. He lives in Detroit, MI with his bride Rachel, his daughter Arya and his son Theoden.
Cameron Gibbons: Co-founder
Cameron has a combined background in account management, technology, and engineering. He has worked for a diverse group of companies including large companies like Google, and small startup companies. He attended Michigan State University, and studied engineering. Cameron has a passion for building, and connecting people.
He felt God calling him to the business world to support local missionaries, many of whom he met while studying at Michigan State University. He has partnered with Colton and Churchology in order to combine his passion for the church, and business. He currently lives in Detroit, MI with his wife Cathryn and son Oliver.
kevin price: Director of candidate relations
Kevin has over 20 years experience in pastoral ministry. He has a bachelor's degree from Southwestern A/G University in Dallas and a Masters Degree with North Carolina College of Theology. His passion is helping pastors and local churches succeed and prosper. With his wife Angela by his side, he is raising five daughters along with pastoring a rural church in Arkansas.
He is also the CEO of Covenant Ministries: a ministry that operates a home for abused women and children or those with unplanned pregnancies. The ministry also provides shelters for the homeless. The motto he lives by is, "No matter what the circumstances look like, God is a Good Father."
